Bain marie is used to keep warm the food over a longer period of time through the container/pan which are partially dipped into hot water tank. Water is heated by thermostat at a level of temp which are not exceeding 98° Celsius

What is the difference between stainless steel and mild steel?
Stainless steel will not rust while mild steel will. But we are applying powder coating process for preventing from rusting in mild steel.
