Introduction To Cleanroom

A cleanroom is an establishment designed for selected industrial production, including the manufacture of pharmaceutical items, integrated circuits, microelectronics, and many other semiconductor products. Apart from the industries, cleanrooms are also built in hospitals and research centres for medical and scientific research as well as in manufacturing semiconductors, solar panels, rechargeable batteries, LCD, LED and OLED display manufacturing and other fields that are very sensitive to environmental contamination.

The cleanroom must be neat and clean as the products manufactured inside it are mostly medicine and sensitive ICs, which is why they are designed for low levels of air contaminants, dust, airborne and waterborne organisms, or vaporized particles. Equipment inside the cleanroom is designed to generate minimal air contamination. Alternatives to paper, pencil and fabrics are used. Cleanroom equipment is designed to produce a minimum of particles and is easy to clean. Scientists, researchers and other staff working in the cleanroom carry out every precaution like wearing protective gear such as gloves, face masks, aprons and boots.

Many lifesaving drugs are manufactured in cleanrooms, so they need to be clean and hygienic, and we as a company want a healthy and dust-free atmosphere; that is why we make cleanroom equipment that is best for production, easy to clean, robust and hygienic. Our motto is safe and a healthier future and together we can achieve it.
